Kelly Munn, PCC
Kelly is a credentialed coach with over 20 years of experience working with neurodivergent teens as an executive function coach, academic support specialist, choreographer, movement teacher, and mindfulness facilitator. Her background in dance, improvisation, and mindfulness brings creativity, flexibility, playfulness, and curiosity to her coaching approach.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with Certified Professional Co-active Coach training from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and specialized ADHD coach training through JST Coaching. Kelly has studied with leading experts in executive function, including Dr. George McCloskey, Dr. Peg Dawson, and Jodi Sleeper-Triplett. Kelly is an active member of ADHD Coaches Organization(ACO)and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As a coach, Kelly brings deep empathy, humor, and hope to her work with teens, adults, and parents. As the mother of two successful young adults with dyslexia and ADHD, she understands firsthand the challenges and triumphs of supporting people who learn differently. Her advocacy journey has shaped a coaching style that centers self-worth, practical tools, and long-term growth. In her coaching partnerships and movement/mindfulness facilitation, she creates a “can-do” environment that builds trust, defuses stress, welcomes mistakes, cultivates resilience, and nurtures creative self-actualization.
In addition to coaching, Kelly has taught with the renowned dance company Pilobolus, sharing their collaborative creative process and playful improvisation techniques with students of all ages. She is a trained yoga teacher and a graduate of Inward Bound Mindfulness’s year-long teen mindfulness facilitator training. She now serves as a volunteer mentor on their teen retreats and believes mindfulness is a powerful tool for attention, self-regulation, academic success, and social change.
Kelly is also committed to ongoing learning in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She recognizes the lifelong nature of this work and actively integrates it into her teaching, coaching, and personal growth.
She currently offers private executive function coaching, group accountability sessions, and mindful movement practices for teens and adults.
